Engineering that becomes technology
Enstructa S.r.l. is an innovative start-up based in Monopoli (BA), Italy. It was born where engineering and architecture practice meets the development of high-tech software. We design, supervise works and coordinate safety; at the same time we build HLS Platform, our software for the integrated management of Quality, Environment and Safety.
Our vision
We believe the quality of a project comes from method. That's why we combine hands-on construction expertise, regulatory compliance and digital tools — from BIM to artificial intelligence — into one rigorous, transparent way of working.
An innovative start-up
We are registered as an innovative start-up: we invest in research and development and bring high-tech solutions to a sector where safety allows no approximation. HLS Platform and the ADA-Struct document-intelligence service are the result of this research.
Founders
Eng. Martino Roberto Liuzzi
Engineer · Sole Director & Technical Manager
Building Engineer–Architect and Fire-Safety Professional with over fifteen years of experience in safety coordination, works supervision and the management of integrated QHSE systems (quality, environment, safety). He works on major infrastructure projects — high-speed railway lines, hospital complexes, photovoltaic plants — in the roles of RSPP (Prevention & Protection Service Manager), Safety Coordinator and Technical Director. His technical expertise is grounded in a thorough knowledge of Italian Legislative Decree 81/08 and the ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards, combined with rigorous attention to detail in drafting safety plans (PSC, POS) and risk-assessment documents. He is proficient with BIM and CAD tools and handles every phase with methodical precision, from site planning to inspection audits. Reliability, process control and meticulousness are the hallmarks of his professional approach.
Arch. Manuela Sibilio
Architect & Engineer
Graduated in Building Engineering–Architecture and dually qualified as both Engineer and Architect, with a Level II Master's degree in Eco-Sustainable Architecture and certification as an Energy Assessor. She combines technical rigour with design sensitivity across architectural design, conservative restoration and interior design — from private residences to large hospitality facilities. Specialised in bioclimatic design and energy efficiency, with an attention to detail that accompanies every project from concept to the choice of furnishings and finishes. She coordinates the studio's architectural design, urban-planning and energy-certification team, and also handles safety coordination during the execution phase. Her focus on construction quality and technical precision ensures reliable, tailor-made results for every client.
